Administrative Charge: €50 for credit card transactions

24-72 Hours Before Charter
Entitled to: Half of the total rental cost

Administrative Charge: €25 taken from the refund amount

Entitled to: No option for refund
Exception: Cases of urgency might be given consideration
Alternative: Company discretion may lead to offering a credit for future charters

Weather-Related Cancellations
Our Commitment to Safety
Your safety is our utmost priority. Should the weather conditions be assessed as hazardous for sailing by our qualified captain, we have flexible alternatives:
- Fully Refunded: If it is not possible to reschedule, a full refund will be given
- Rescheduling: Transfer your booking to another available slot at no extra charge
- Booking Credit: Offered a voucher valid for one year from the original date of the charter
Evaluating Weather Conditions
The process includes evaluating the following:
- Assessment of wind speeds and directions
- Examination of swell height and ocean conditions
- Visibility predictions and potential precipitation
- Notices from the Coast Guard and related alerts
- Expert safety appraisal by the captain
Decision Making Timeframe: Decisions on cancellations due to weather are typically made at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled departure time.
Medical Emergency Refunds
Extreme Situations
We appreciate that unexpected medical events may take place. Special consideration might be given for the following instances:
- Immediate illness or injury resulting in hospital care
- Loss within the immediate kin
- Called for military service or emergency duty
- Summoned for jury or obligated by a court
- Natural calamities preventing travel

To process an exceptional refund, we require:
- A medical certificate or hospital records
- A death certificate when relevant
- An order for military duty
- A juror summons or a subpoena
- Travel advisories or declarations of emergency
Procedure: Applications for emergency refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days following provision of the necessary documentation.

If the boat assigned to you suffers from technical problems that cannot be resolved promptly:
- Replacement Boat: Efforts will be made to arrange a comparable alternative
- Fully Refunded: When no appropriate substitution can be offered
- Partial Refund: If the alternate vessel is priced differently
- Compensation: Additional recompense may be provided for the inconvenience faced
Crew Inaccessibility
In the unlikely event our certified crew is not available:
- A replacement crew will be sourced if feasible
- Complete reimbursement if we cannot proceed with the charter
- Options to reschedule without extra fees
Refund Processing
Refunding Process
Refunds will be returned using the same payment method as was used for the original booking:

- Direct Bank Transfers: Takes about 7-10 business days
- Cash or Check: Generally processed in 3-5 business days

Charter credits could be offered as a substitute to refunds under certain circumstances:

Voucher Conditions
- Validity Period: Redeemable for 12 months post issuance
- Non-transferrable: Cannot be passed on to someone else
- Nominal Worth: Corresponds to the total value of the charter without any deductions for administrative fees
- Applicability: Can be used against any future charter availability
- Expiration: Cannot be extended past the 12-month deadline
Partial Refunds for Incomplete Services
Interruptions of Service
If your yacht rental is discontinued or cut short due to reasons within our authority:
- Reimbursement adjusted based on the unrestored duration
- Credit for a subsequent charter equivalent in value
- Complimentary offerings or enhancements
Client-Caused Disruptions
Should a charter be terminated prematurely due to misconduct or breach of safety by the guests:
- No reimbursement for the unutilized portion
- Entire fee is to be paid in full
- Possibility of incurring additional charges
