Service availability may vary, and we may alter or terminate offerings at our discretion.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

For charter booking, you are required to:

• Be no less than 18 years old
• Ensure all provided information is correct and complete
• Make the necessary deposit as indicated in the booking confirmation
• Accept these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

Booking confirmation is subject to payment receipt and our official acknowledgment. We may decline service at our discretion.

3.3 Availability

Charters depend on vessel availability and appropriate weather conditions. We strive to accommodate your preferences for dates and times.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

Prices are in € and include taxes unless specified otherwise. Rates may change without notice.

4.2 Payment Schedule

• Deposit: 50% of the charter's full cost payable during booking
• Balance: Due two days prior to the charter departure
• Extra charges (if any): Settled after the charter completion

4.3 Payment Methods

Accepted payment options include credit cards, bank wire transfers, and certified cheques. Our secure, encrypted systems handle all transactions.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

• More than 72 hours before departure: Full reimbursement minus administrative fees
• 24-72 hours before departure: 50% reimbursement
• Less than 24 hours before departure: No reimbursement

5.2 Weather Cancellations

In case of unsafe weather as per our captain's judgment, we will suggest:

• Rescheduling at no additional charge
• A full refund if rescheduling is unfeasible

5.3 Mechanical Issues

Should mechanical issues arise with the assigned yacht, we'll strive to offer a similar option or a full refund if this isn't possible.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Requirements

All guests must:

• Obey all directions from the crew
• Wear necessary safety gear as required
• Report any health conditions that could impact their safety
• Stay within the dedicated areas of the yacht

6.2 Prohibited Items

Certain items are banned aboard:

• Glassware
• Illegal drugs
• Weapons
• Excessive beverages (beyond reasonable consumption)
• Pets (except if approved beforehand)

6.3 Conduct

Guest behavior should be courteous at all times. We may end a charter without a refund if behavior endangers safety or disturbs others.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Liability

Our financial responsibility is capped at your charter expense. We decline accountability for:

• Injuries resulting from your negligence
• Personal property loss or damage
• Indirect or punitive damages
• Delays from weather or unavoidable events

7.2 Insurance Coverage

We carry extensive marine insurance covering our vessels and operations. It's your responsibility to arrange personal and travel insurance.

7.3 Assumption of Risk

Engaging in our charter services indicates understanding and acceptance of the inherent risks associated with maritime activities.

8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes

We may modify routes or schedules considering weather, security, or operational demands, aiming to offer comparable alternatives.

9. Force Majeure

We cannot be held responsible for delays or changes stemming from unforeseen forces beyond our command. This can include:

• Extreme weather
• Catastrophic events
• Regulatory mandates
• Port shutdowns
• Mechanical failures

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal data is managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which you consent to by using our services.

11. Intellectual Property

Our site content, such as text, visuals, and trademarks, is legally protected. Reproduction or derivative creation requires our consent.
